"We were scheduled to have our new patient visit next month, so we weren't even patients yet when one of my dogs got sick. I didn't think it warranted the emergency vet, but I wanted to try to get in as soon as possible. I left a message after hours at Northside but by morning our poor pup had worsened. I was counting down the minutes until they opened so I could call, when I received a call from them! They had already listened to the message and were able to get us in within 30 minutes. That was a miracle in itself, but then they also showed me how to administer fluids myself and gave me the tools and meds to continue caring for her at home to hopefully prevent another visit. Seriously one of the best vet experiences we've ever had. They were kind, caring, and listened to our concerns. Thank you!"
